E-Security Technology Co.,Ltd (EST), in response to Magnum Telecom (“Purchaser”) request for proposal for one Portable Jamming system has prepared this response.  EST shall be responsible for production and delivery of one (1) EST-105EOD Portable Intelligent Wide Band Frequency Jammer.  Installation and commissioning of the systems will be conducted in coordination with the end user. EST shall be responsible for training of personnel, post-commissioning support and documentation of the whole project.

1. Specification of EST-105EOD

The barrage jamming is produced by a fast randomly CW (Continuous Wave) proprietary ladder waveform that slews or “sweeps” the frequency of the jammer from its lowest to its highest frequency limits.  Superimposed along the rising ramp portion of the waveform are many randomly distributed horizontal steps.  The presence of these steps increases the interval of time that the jamming signal remains within the IF passband of the receiver.  For this reason, they are called dwell-steps.  The combination of the dwell-steps and the fast recurring sweep combine to enhance the barrage jamming of the victim receiver. The EST-105EOD system refers to the performance and structure of products that are in use both domestically and internationally. Based on the actual usage, applying advanced computer-aided design technology, optimized structure, increased automation level, simplification of procedures, the system will meet with the user’s frequency requirement. Because of the variety of jamming targets and a wide range of uncertainties, we have adopted the more advanced and effective jamming signal modulation method, which will increase the jamming efficiency in each band, so that to provide security protection and ensure the safety of EOD tasks.
